Full-Time Business Systems Analyst SAP CRM

Reporting to the Senior Manager, eBusiness Systems and working closely with other members of the SAP/Business Application team, this position will be responsible for the development, implementation and support of TDL’s SAP CRM system and Sales & Distribution (SD) module.

Qualifications:

  • University or technical degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in supporting/ implementing SAP CRM and SD module
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with the business
  • Proven strength in analytical and process thinking skills 
  • Ability to respond to business requests with solid functional and technical specifications Campaign Management including interfaces to external services provider (Exact Target)
  • Experience in configuring, implementing and supporting the Sales & Distribution (SD) module in ECC 6.0.
  • Proficient in CRM design, implementation and support
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP data structure and SAP BI
  • Working knowledge of ABAP, Workflow, Middleware
  • In depth knowledge of SAP CRM 7.0 including both technical & functional experience within the following areas:

SAP CRM Marketing
SAP CRM Service
SAP CRM Interaction Center Web Client Operations and Management
UI Configuration tool, BSP Components Workbench, EEWB and Design Layer
CRM EVENT Handler, Enhancement Spots/BADIs
Transaction Launcher
CRM Business Transaction
Business Partner Maintenance
Service Order Management
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance, enhancement and recurring support of the SAP CRM system while ensuring compliance to service level objectives, communicating status of issues, planning the effective and efficient use of resources
  • Perform problem root cause analysis to implement solutions that prevent problem recurrence
  • Develop documentation to facilitate on-going support
  • Create and deliver training materials as needed to foster a more effective use of SAP systems by the user community.
  • Prepare reporting to communicate the status of issue resolution to IT and Business management and to identify trends for opportunities to improve the stability of the system       
  • Work closely with business partners to expand capabilities of the CRM system to drive business value
  • Independently identify areas of opportunity for CRM, demonstrate CRM capabilities and drive change within the business community
  • Adhere to defined change management processes to ensure priorities are met and changes are implemented in a controlled fashion
  • Provide and maintain SAP CRM knowledge and integration point expertise
  • Respond to business and technical requirements with solid specifications
  • Provide unit testing, integration testing, and participate in QA/QC process
  • Participate in project life cycle activities as required
  • Communicate, coordinate and liaise with a variety of technical and business groups within Tim Hortons
  • Provide on-call and after hours support as required
