Our well established growing private sector client is looking for an Oracle/SQL developer. You will be a subject matter expert and will work closely with the Architect. Reporting to the Software Manager, you will be a self starter and responsible for making recommendations and day to day database development. This requires someone that enjoys improving the performance of databases.

Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and problem analysis
- Actively participate in optimizing and maintaining databases
- Provide database guidance to management and the team
- Demonstrate strong problem solving and interpersonal skills

Background:

- 3 years of database development experience
- Deep desire to solve technical problems and exceed expectations
- University Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or comparable education and work experience
- Solid experience in:
SQL and Oracle development
UNIX and Windows OS
Troubleshooting
